We are seeking a dedicated and board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role offers a blend of onsite clinical care and telemedicine consultations from the Fayetteville, AR location of our ops, providing flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care through both onsite appointments and virtual telemedicine consultations.
- Evaluate and manage a broad spectrum of acute and chronic health conditions.
- Address patient concerns by reviewing medical histories, diagnosing issues, providing treatments, offering counseling, and making specialist referrals as needed.
- Utilize telehealth platforms to perform virtual assessments, consultations, and follow-ups effectively.
- Request and analyze laboratory tests to guide clinical decision-making.
- Accurately document patient information, including examination results, medical histories, and treatment plans, while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Conduct virtual visits, gather patient histories, and develop comprehensive care plans based on collaborative discussions with patients.
- Monitor and modify treatment regimens to optimize outcomes, balancing medication efficacy, safety, and side effects.
- Foster strong patient relationships by providing compassionate care that integrates evidence-based practices with individual preferences and long-term health goals.
- Commit to ongoing professional development and training to remain current with advancements in telemedicine and onsite care techniques.
Education & Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted medical license in Arkansas.
- Proven experience in patient care, with strong diagnostic and decision-making skills.
- Comfortable with technology and telehealth platforms (training provided as needed).
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach.
- Degree in medicine (MD or DO) (essential)
- 5 years of post-residency clinical experience (essential)
- Current state medical license and Federal DEA license (essential)
- Completed U.S. Medical Licensing Examination (essential)
- 5 years of experience practicing as a primary care doctor
- Multiple state licenses are a bonus but not required
- Physical space requirements: a secure, quiet, and isolated work environment to protect PHI with a strong internet bandwidth connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload)
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in primary care, primary care men’s health and/ or telemedicine.
- As part of your duties, you will come in contact with sensitive patient information that is governed by HIPAA. Throughout your career, you will be expected to follow the company’s security and privacy procedures to ensure our users’ information remains strictly confidential. Security and privacy training will be provided.
