Job Summary

Join our innovative healthcare platform, providing top-notch medical services through both telemedicine and traditional brick-and-mortar located in Park City, UT. We are committed to delivering exceptional care to our patients and are looking for dedicated healthcare professionals to join our team.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct patient assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and treatments.
• Provide telemedicine consultations and in-person care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients on health management and disease prevention.

Qualifications and Education:

• Master’s degree in nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited program.
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as an NP.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.

Experience and Skills:

• Strong clinical skills and ability to make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
